My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and clean with a comfy bed, great aircon, and a cute little balcony looking over the sea, which was fantastic. However, the rooms were smaller and more crammed than advertised. The service was extremely helpful, especially upon arrival and with getting a private boat service, but was a letdown as some staff suggested staying elsewhere. The location was amazing, right by the sea with a breathtaking view of Marina Grande, although the smell of diesel fumes from the port was noticeable. The dining experience was poor with limited food choices, and the price did not match the quality of the food. Despite this, the hotel facilities were well-equipped and maintained.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, very clean, and extremely comfortable. However, the 'internal view' window looking out on the courtyard meant there was basically no natural light, which was a bit disappointing.
