The hotel had an amazing view of the harbor in typical Capri style, just what we wanted. However, the room was too small with no GSM connection at all and seemed overpriced for its size.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and clean with a comfy bed, great aircon, and a cute little balcony looking over the sea, which was fantastic. However, the rooms were smaller and more crammed than advertised. The service was extremely helpful, especially upon arrival and with getting a private boat service, but was a letdown as some staff suggested staying elsewhere. The location was amazing, right by the sea with a breathtaking view of Marina Grande, although the smell of diesel fumes from the port was noticeable. The dining experience was poor with limited food choices, and the price did not match the quality of the food. Despite this, the hotel facilities were well-equipped and maintained.
